The Process
The buyer chooses an available one-of-one Author Home release from the collection.
The buyer selects a compatible lot, or brings its own, to build the house.
Author Homes connects the buyer with a qualified local builder who can bring the design to life.
Once built, that design is permanently retired from the Author Homes collection.
A curated collection of original residential works.
Each release is available once. Once sold, it leaves the collection forever.
